Delivery within Great Britain NI & Isle of Man , UK Islands and Highlands

Delivery to United Kingdom is normally in 2-3 working days from dispatch for Royal Mail Tracked 48 Items. 

  • *Orders under £30 cost a flat rate of £2.75 and free UK delivery is available for orders of £30 and over.  
  • Orders for home/business delivery are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48* arriving in 2-3 working days to your home or business address.  You will receive an email with delivery details and there will also be a tracking number in your dispatch email. 
  • We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours Mon-Fri (Saturday if we can) excluding bank holidays.
  • Please allow 1 working day from placing your order to dispatch of your goods to allow us to process your order.
  • *Exceptions to the above are low value pixie/braid wicks and single plastic wick trimmers which can be delivered by a 2nd class untracked post option at checkout if not part of a multiple product order.

Delivery to your local Evri shop collection point is also possible. You can select this option at checkout and you can select your local Evri shop collection point to collect your parcel from. This service usually delivers within 2- 4 working days.

Delivery to Europe.

Please select your country at checkout for correct shipping fee and EU VAT amount due.

A new small parcel fee has been introduced in the EU from 1st July 2026 for goods up to 150 Euro only. These are included in your shipping cost at checkout and result in no extra fees at delivery and smooth customs clearance. This has made shopping from the UK more expensive, but is out of our control.

Delivery to  Zone 1: Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Monaco shipping from £10.95 +

Delivery to Zone 2: Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece ,Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden shipping from £15.95+

VAT and customs fees for all European Countries are now included at checkout only for product values of up to 150 Euro.. Orders placed for over 150 Euro will not include any taxes/duties and these will be payable in your country and will be your responsibility. Please contact us for advice if you are placing an order over 150 (Euro) if unsure.

Orders to Europe are sent by either Royal Mail International service fully tracked or some countries will be sent via DPD fully tracked as Royal Mail don't yet support customs fees for some EU countries. Delivery usually within 5-8 working days.

Delivery to International destinations below is roughly 7-14 days including customs processing but does vary greatly. Customs fees due in your country will be your responsibility to pay before your order is delivered. You will receive a notification directly about any fees due and how to pay.

USA

Shipping cost from £12.95+ and is weight based

Fully tracked end to end by Royal Mail International fully tracked. Tariff duties are included in your order to the USA for seamless customs clearance.
