Orders placed after 4pm (BST) Friday will be dispatched on Tuesday 9th June.

Delivery within Great Britain NI & Isle of Man , UK Islands and Highlands

Delivery to United Kingdom is normally in 2-3 working days from dispatch for Royal Mail Tracked 48 Items. 

  • *Orders under £30 cost a flat rate of £2.75 and free UK delivery is available for orders of £30 and over.  
  • Orders for home/business delivery are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48* arriving in 2-3 working days to your home or business address.  You will receive an email with delivery details and there will also be a tracking number in your dispatch email. 
  • We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours Mon-Fri (Saturday if we can) excluding bank holidays.
  • Please allow 1 working day from placing your order to dispatch of your goods to allow us to process your order.
  • *Exceptions to the above are low value pixie/braid wicks and single plastic wick trimmers which can be delivered by a 2nd class untracked post option at checkout if purchased alone.

Delivery to your local Evri shop collection point is also possible. You can select this option at checkout and you can select your local Evri shop collection point to collect your parcel from. This service delivers usually within 2- 4 working days.

Delivery to Europe. Please select your country at checkout for correct shipping fee and any taxes due.

We deliver to all 27 member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (Inc Monaco), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

VAT for all European Countries is now included at checkout only for total order values including shipping of up to 150 Euro.

Delivery to Europe for all orders up to 150  Euro) only, now include EU VAT at checkout for smoother and cheaper customs clearance. Orders placed inc shipping for over 150 (Euro) will not include any taxes/duties at checkout and these will be payable in your country and will be your responsibility. Please contact us for advice if you are placing an order over 150 (Euro) if unsure.

Important information for France, Italy and Romania Customers!

New small parcel handling fees have been introduced in France, Italy and Romania in 2026 for goods ordered from the United Kingdom.

France and Italy charge 2 Euro and Romania Ron 25 to cover customs handling of small low value parcels upto 150 Euro. These are not included in your order and you must pay these fees in your country when delivery is made. This fee is also not refundable if you return the item. The fee may have admin fees added to it. The fee will be collected by customs in your country and is outside our control. 

A new EU wide fee will be introduced later in July 2026.

Orders to Europe are sent by Royal Mail International service fully tracked. 

Delivery to International destinations below is roughly 7-14 days including customs processing but does vary greatly.

Fully tracked end to end by Royal Mail International postage. Customs duties/taxes may be due in your country and will be your responsibility to pay any applicable fees before your order is delivered.

USA:

Please contact us directly with the products you require at sales@stevenswickshop.co.uk if you wish to place an order from the USA. Our website is not set up for USA orders. We can manually process your order instead and collect USA tariff fees at rates at the time of your order.

This shipping/delivery policy applies only to orders placed directly on this website stevenswickshop.co.uk.  Separate delivery policies ,delivery carriers and International delivery fees apply on orders placed via ebay.
