Delivery within the United Kingdom
We offer a range of UK delivery options to suit your needs.
Standard UK Delivery 2-3 working days
Standard UK delivery costs £2.75 for most orders under £30.
Some smaller, low-value items (for example, a single plastic wick trimmer or a single 1 metre Pixie Wick) may qualify for a free 2nd Class Royal Mail Untracked delivery option.
Orders of £30 or more qualify for free UK delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Express Delivery 1-2 working days
Express delivery is available for £3.95. Please note that express delivery is not available for all locations, and the options available will be shown at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (and on Saturdays where possible), excluding bank holidays. Please allow one working day from placing your order for us to process and prepare your items before dispatch.
Evri Collection Point Delivery
You can also choose delivery to your local Evri Parcel Shop collection point at checkout.
Simply select this option and choose your preferred collection location. This service usually arrives within 2–4 working days and costs £2.50, or is free on orders over £30.
Delivery to Europe
When ordering from Europe, please select your country at checkout. Your shipping cost, applicable duties, and EU VAT will be calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address and postcode.
We handle VAT and customs charges for European orders at checkout, meaning there will be no unexpected charges when your parcel arrives. Paying these costs upfront is cheaper than paying them on delivery, where additional administration fees would be added by the carrier or customs authorities.
From 1st July 2026, the EU introduced a new small parcel fee for goods valued up to €150. This fee is included at checkout, allowing faster customs clearance and avoiding additional charges on delivery. Unfortunately, this has increased the cost of shipping goods from the UK to the EU, but this charge is outside of our control.

Shipping from £4.50 via economy service (available for low-value orders only), or £8.95–£15.95 for fully tracked delivery depending on parcel weight.
Europe Zone 2
Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden

European orders are sent using either Royal Mail International or, for some destinations, DPD where Royal Mail does not currently support prepaid customs charges.
Delivery is usually within 5–8 working days, although times may vary depending on customs processing and local delivery networks.

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and parcel weight.

International deliveries usually arrive within 7–14 days, including customs processing, but delivery times can vary considerably depending on the destination.
Any customs charges or import fees due in your country are the responsibility of the customer. If charges are applicable, you will be contacted directly with details of the amount due and how to pay.
Delivery to the USA
Shipping to the USA starts from £12.95 and is calculated based on parcel weight.
All USA orders are sent using Royal Mail International Fully Tracked, providing tracking from dispatch through to delivery.
Import tariff duties for USA orders are included at checkout, helping to ensure a smoother customs clearance process.
