Delivery within Great Britain NI & Isle of Man , GB Islands and Highlands

All orders under £30 cost a flat rate of £2.50 and free UK delivery is available for orders of £30 and over.
Flat wicks and Mica sheets are sent via Royal mail Tracked 48 in 2-3 working days. You will receive an email from Royal Mail with delivery details and there will also be a tracking number in your dispatch email. You can enter this at www.royalmail.com
All boxed wicks, spare parts and larger orders needing a box to GB Mainland are sent by courier normally arriving in 2-3 working days from dispatch, and again you will receive an email with tracking info from the courier upon dispatch. You can also enter the tracking number in your dispatch email at www.parcel2go.com
Larger orders and all boxed wicks to Scottish Highlands and GB Islands etc are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. 2-3 working days
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours Mon-Fri (and often Saturday if we can) excluding bank holidays.

Delivery to NI and Europe please select your country for a delivery estimate in the shopping cart. Delivery does not include customs duties/taxes which will need to be paid in your country.
