Delivery within United Kingdom, Northern Island & Isle of Man , UK Islands and Highlands
- All orders under £30 cost a flat rate of £2.50 and free UK delivery is available for orders of £30 and over.
- Flat wicks and Mica sheets are sent via Royal mail Tracked 48 in 2-3 working days. You will receive an email from Royal Mail with delivery details and there will also be a tracking number in your dispatch email. You can enter this at www.royalmail.com
- All boxed wicks, spare parts and larger orders needing a box to GB Mainland are sent by courier normally arriving in 2-3 working days from dispatch, and again you will receive an email with tracking info from the courier upon dispatch. You can also enter the tracking number in your dispatch email at www.parcel2go.com
- Larger orders and all boxed wicks to Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, Northern Ireland etc are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. 2-3 working days
- We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours Mon-Fri (and often Saturday if we can) excluding bank holidays.
For orders to Europe , Guernsey, Republic of Ireland and other international destinations
IMPORTANT: As we are based in the UK and outside the EU Customs Union, Import/Customs charges in your country will apply. You must pay these before your package will be be released from customs and they are not included in your order pricing. You will receive an email from the delivery partner in your country once customs have your item ready for delivery. Please pay this fee in a timely manner, otherwise your item is returned to us.
Delivery prices to Europe and other destinations vary based on your country and weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout and start at £4.95.
Delivery to International destinations is roughly 7-14 days including customs processing but does vary greatly.
